When we began our collaboration with Doktor.se, the market was saturated with similar players, many bearing nearly identical names. Our primary mission was to set Doktor.se apart from the competition, create a memorable brand, and achieve a top-of-mind position among consumers.
We centered our concept around the brand's most distinctive feature—the dot. Doktor.se uniquely incorporates a dot in its name (yes, it's actually the most distinguishing feature among these similar competitors). We realized that if we could get people to remember the dot, then we'd win. By leveraging humor, strong and minimalist design, and an ultra-simplistic message, we successfully elevated Doktor.se to a runner-up position within the market.
Our approach not only differentiated Doktor.se from its competitors but also resonated with the target audience—in 2020 Doktor.se was nominated as Sweden's Most Effective Consumer Campaign in 100-Wattaren. We were extra happy when we saw a Reddit post talking about our mural during Covid.
